Work Ethics Distinction honors both students and employers by verifying students who have participated in soft skills education while in high school. Seniors have the opportunity to earn the Work Ethics Distinction Diplomas. The “Work Ethic Distinction” is a workforce readiness credential that can be earned by high school seniors. Seniors who obtain this distinction are potentially proving to employers that they are both college and career ready. Seniors who earn this distinction will be honored at the Excellence in Education Banquet and receive a medal and be recognized at graduations. Seniors must earn at least 32 points. For more information visit TN Work Ethic Site. Please see the list of standards attached.
