Flu Vaccination Clinic

​Lewis County Schools has partnered with the Lewis County Health Department to provide flu vaccinations for staff and students. ONLY staff or students who return their ​paperwork will receive a flu vaccination. ​If you are interested in your child participating or if you are a staff member interested in participating, please return completed paperwork by Wednesday, September 25th.
