Flu Vaccinations Information

📢 Attention Parents!

Lewis County Schools is partnering with the Lewis County Health Department to provide flu vaccinations at school. Flu vaccination forms are coming home today/tomorrow with students in grades K-8. 🏫 If you have a high school student who wants to participate, they can pick up a form from the school nurse. 

If you would like for your child to participate, please make sure that forms are filled out and returned to school by Friday, October 3rd. 🗓️

The flu vaccinations will be given to students/staff (who returned paperwork) on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
